With over 13 years’ experience in the residential building industry for both project and custom homes, Grace’s focus is to ensure a smooth operation throughout all departments to guarantee our clients receive the highest level of quality and most efficient customer service possible.
Iman Alimi
Estimating and Programming Manager
As Estimating and Programming Manager, Iman leads the Sales and Production Estimating team of TriFlex Homes with responsibility for scheduling and programming the jobs, Cash-flow projections, and Cost Forecasting. Being a Project Management Professional combined with over 15 years' of experience in the construction industry in Queensland and overseas, Iman has a great understanding of Construction, Estimating, and Planning.

Construction Manager
Mark is the TriFlex Homes Construction Manager. A QBCC Licenced Builder, Mark has 25+ years’ experience in design and construction.

Matthew Formosa
Drafting Manager
As Drafting Manager, Matthew leads the strategic and operational aspects of drafting works at TriFlex Homes including the preparation and finalisation of designs and production plans for construction. With over 20 years’ experience in the building and design profession, Matthew is driven by both precision and creativity. The most satisfying aspects of Matthew’s role include partnering with families to help design their forever homes, seeing the excitement on their faces when presenting customised home designs and, ultimately, the satisfaction of walking through the finished products prior to handover.

Business Development Manager
With his deep experience and passion for property, Anson leads the sales team at TriFlex Homes. He advises clients on all aspects of buying and building whether that means a new home for the family or an investment property. Anson brings energy, enthusiasm and experience to every interaction.
